Dr Irena Eris is a trailblazer in the beauty industry. Along with her husband Henryk Orfinger, the two pioneered their cosmetics label in 1983 in Poland, after noticing a gap in the market. The formulations were produced in a small temporary laboratory, where Dr Eris brought her years of pharmaceutical knowledge to create her first skincare product—a simple cream that packed a punch. With a lot at stake and full faith in their brand, the two had a vision which they knew wasn’t going to be easy to achieve. Due to communism, running a business was a task, which impacted production in every way possible. As a matter of fact, they only managed to produce 3,000 jars of cream in a month and it was all hand delivered through their family car. Although slow and steady, eventually Dr Irena Eris became the ‘it’ skincare brand for the country.
Known for its luxurious formulas that show results from the very first use, Dr Irena Eris and her products are loved across the globe.
